From the above, it can be concluded that mentor-apprentice skills are not only limited to instilling certain professional skills in cooperation, instilling a positive feeling in young people towards their chosen profession, but also predicting the profession in the future, it should be focused on meeting the newly emerging needs. The mentioned factor has more socio-psychological importance and requires teachers-students to understand each other psychologically, to work in the spirit of trust and respect. Cases such as the introduction of new pedagogical technologies and educational standards into the modern education system raise the content and essence of the mentor-apprenticeship traditions to a higher level and bring the cooperation relations closer to each other and accelerate their activities.
