Gianfranco Gobbini ka lindur në vitin 1953 në Città della Pieve - Itali. Gianfranco ndoqi rrugën e pikturës si një autodidakt, duke demonstruar, që në moshën trembëdhjetë vjeçare, një prirje artistike të lindur drejt pikturës dhe ngjyrave. Me kalimin e kohës, ai zhvilloi pikturën abstrakte e cila rrjedh nga vëzhgimi i thellë i natyrës. Gobbini braktisi gradualisht subjektet e peizazhit për t'u përqendruar në vlerën e ngjyrës së pastër, duke tejkaluar natyrën nëpërmjet thelbit të përmbajtjes së saj dhe duke braktisur përdorimin e prezantimit.
Ngjyra na flet. Ajo tregon për botët e largëta, të përhumbura në pafundësinë e hapësirës dhe kohës. Ngjyra është jeta, pasuria dhe shprehia. Ngjyra është arti i Gianfranco Gobbinit, piktor abstrakt që ndërton arkitekturën e pikturave të tij nëpërmjet stratifikimeve komplekse kromatike. Pas shumë vitesh eksperimentimi ai ka krijuar një material të veçantë që përdoret në të gjitha relievet e veprave të tij. Homazh për shafranin e Città della Pieves, një traditë që i ka rrënjët prej kohësh të lashta dhe që Gobbini rekuperon me një seri veprash të realizuara duke përdorur pikërisht shafranin.
Gianfranco Gobbini ka marrë shumë certifikata, vlerësime dhe çmime prestigjioze e gjithashtu ka marrë pjesë në shumë ekspozita personale jashtë Italisë.

Gianfranco Gobbini è nato nel 1953 a Città della Pieve. Segue da autodidatta la strada della pittura dimostrando, fin dall’età di tredici anni, un’innata propensione artistica verso il disegno e il colore. Con il tempo ha maturato una pittura astratta che deriva dalla profonda osservazione della natura. Abbandona gradualmente i soggetti paesaggistici per concentrarsi sul valore del colore puro, trascendendo la natura attraverso l’essenza dei suoi contenuti e abbandonando il ricorso alla rappresentazione.
Il colore ci parla. Racconta di mondi lontani, perduti nella vastità dello spazio e del tempo. Il colore è vita, ricchezza, espressività. Il colore è l’arte di Gianfranco Gobbini, pittore astratto che costruisce l’architettura dei propri dipinti attraverso complesse stratificazioni cromatiche. Dopo tanti anni di sperimentazione ha creato una pasta particolare che viene utilizzata in tutti i suoi rilievi delle sue opere. Omaggio allo zafferano di Città della Pieve, una tradizione che affonda le proprie radici nel tempo e che Gobbini recupera con una serie di opere realizzate utilizzando zafferano.
Gianfranco Gobbini ha ricevuto tantissimi Attestati, Riconoscimenti e Premi prestigiosi e ha partecipato in tante mostre personali all'estero.

THE STORY OF DISTANT WORLDS LOST IN THE VASTNESS OF TIME AND SPACE THROUGH THE ABSTRACT ART OF GIANFRANCO GOBBINI
Gianfranco Gobbini was born in 1953 in Città della Pieve, the birthplace of Perugino - Italy. He followed the path of painting as a self-taught artist, demonstrating from the age of thirteen an innate artistic inclination toward drawing and color. Over time, he developed abstract painting that stems from his deep observation of nature. He gradually abandoned landscape subjects to focus on the value of pure color, transcending nature through the essence of its contents and abandoning the use of representation. Color speaks to us. It tells of distant worlds, lost in the vastness of space and time. Color is life, richness, expressiveness. Color is the art of Gianfranco Gobbini, an abstract painter who builds the architecture of his paintings through complex chromatic layers of color. After many years of experimentation, he has created a particular paste that is used in all the reliefs of his works. Gobbini also uses saffron in a series of his works, as an homage to Città della Pieve’s tradition of saffron that is rooted in the past.
Gianfranco Gobbini has received many prestigious Certificates, Awards and Prizes and has participated in many solo exhibitions abroad.
