The International Academy of Ethics organized an Interview with the highly blessed couple - author Jaya Siva Murty and her husband Sri Ram Murty. The interview was moderated by Rupa Rao. Jaya as an author showed great creative spark in her penmanship and heading of communications for BCT India, while Sri Ram Murty Bhagvatula presented an inspiring picture of social work which he with his foundation BCT are doing at the grass roots level, teaching skills to village people, assisting them to find solutions to resolve their problems themselves. It was his passion which brought him back from his highly successful business practices to finally invest in humanity, and see how the lives of the people in the tribal areas change for the better. In 1967 the founder Dr B V Parameswara Rao returned to India after a Ph.D. in USA, rejecting 2 lucrative jobs and one at the university to start a school in his home town near Vishakapatnam. He did not re-join the Atomic energy job in India either. His dream to find solutions to issues of education, livelihood is helmed by his son Sri Ram Bhagvatula. He also did his masters from the US and returned to don the mantle of his legacy and works tirelessly with farmers, disabled, self-starters, villagers, students, dreamers to assist them in uplifting their own life style and accomplish their goals.  Synergy of rural with urban while protecting age old rich heritage and culture; weaving the latest with the ancient to improve quality of learning and living is the beauty of the focused work that lights the path for the villages with BCT. His wife Jaya Siva Murty who is an author in her own right and has worked across media, publishing and communication  heads the communication function at BCT.

LITERARY VOYAGE OF DR ANAND

Dr. Lalit Mohan Sharma, veteran poet, scholar and translator, who calls Dr. Anand as Jernail Orwell Anand, referred to voluminous work by Dr. Anand which is perhaps peerless in the world.  He quoted Dr. Harish Narang, former Chair, Dept. of English, JNU who had said that “Jernail Singh Anand knows how to formulate a proposition effectively in English, something not many English writers possess despite there being lakhs of them writing and publishing today.”
He also quoted Dr. Swaraj Raj, Prof Emeritus, who had said: Dr. Jernail Singh Anand is a prolific writer who loves to straddle what appears to be a mutually contradictory cultural locations and literary genres; and he does so with amazing ease. Postmodern in his eclectic writing, he still retains a moral tone that is indicative of his rejection of postmodern relativism and speaks of his desire for a world that is not devoid of some life-affirming vales.
Dr. Lalit Mohan Sharma, felt that Prof. Anand is gifted with a felicity of articulation which comes rarely to us mortals. He also pointed out that it is not easy to make an assessment about a contemporary.
Quoting some other authors who have been a part of his literary journey

Dr. Dalvinder Singh Grewal in his Foreword to literary voyage remarks: As I explored additional epics, I recognized his relentless attempts to incite change through literature, enlightening the public about its ills. The operational scope of his Epics is worldwide, as the poet has adroitly sought to blend the West with the East, juxtaposing Milton’s 'Paradise Lost' and 'Paradise Regained' with Guru Gobind Singh’s 'Chandi Di War' and the Indian Epic ‘The Mahabharata’.”
Dr. Maja Herman Sekulic, a Serbian-US poet, considers him  "the greatest poet among philosophers and greatest philosopher among poets"  and calls him the greatest satirist of our times, comparable to Daniel Defoe at its sharpest.
According to Dr. Basudeb Chakraborti, Dr. Anand is the most creative of modern poets, and possesses poetic sensibility which has no parallel.
Dr. Kalpana Purohit thinks that Dr. Anand focuses on portraying a panorama of his soulful encounters with thoughts and events maintaining subtlety in language, to leave a lasting impact. Dr. T.S. Anand, Chief Editor, Literary Voice, Canada, believes that the odyssey of Dr. Anand’s poetry continues through the rough and tumultuous terrains of self and its entrapments to the issues that agitate human consciousness all over the globe, from the celebration of the beauties and bounties of Nature to proliferation of “tanks and terrorists”, and the grim portents it envisages for Mother earth and human survival, from the human in man to the animal in man, from water-landish pro-activities to the prospects of spiritual regeneration.”           Bhagirath Choudhary, CEO Global Literary Society  feels that “as always Dr Anand puts his golden pen to task. It flows from his loving humanitarian heart speaking equally to a prophet or publican, a king or a pauper, a leader or a layman, a rich man or poor, invoking change of heart for a world for all.”
Joanna Svensson, the Swedish poet, remarks that  “you instantly find Dr. Anand’s poetry very fascinating to read and the more we read together, the more we feel captured by his special ability to leave his readers spellbound.”
Dr. Laksmisree Banerjee, former Vice-Chancellor, thinks  that Dr. Anand’s “poetic vision reminds of those meta-texts of the Vedas and Upanishads of ancient India, which meaningfully blend the radiance of poetry with that seer like philosophy, which leads us beyond life.” Rahim Karim Karimov, a Kyrgyzstanian scholar,  thinks that “the verses of Dr. Anand are imbued with deep philosophy. They feel the depths of the Indian Ocean. They smell of Big Global Literature. The philosophical images and feelings in Anand’s poetry, saturated with the spirit of the present, and deeply in touch with roots of the oldest and richest Indian culture, make a personal seriously think about the realities of life.”
