ROMANCE IN WORLD - LITERATURE
Literature is the written form of human life. Literature has no boundaries. Universal regardless of country, time, race, religion. So no one can draw the boundaries of literature. Literature in all languages is almost the same. However, the characteristic of the components of the literature depends on
the nature of the linguistic terrain, the environment, the surroundings, the biodiversity, the topography and the climate.
Since literature is centered on human life; so that human beings emotions, feelings, romance, love, happiness-sorrow, pain, laughter-cry, joy-separation, religions belief, philosophy, culture, civilization, history, heritage, politics, social, government and governance provisions are reflected.
There are two types of writing in literature, one is entertaining and the other is classic or social reality. Entertainment writing usually deals with emotionally charged and imaginative topics. Classic writings are dominated by observations of society and the underlying philosophy of society, as well as visual and non-visual genres. Therefore, in the timeless works of literature, both have been included according to the needs of human aspirations.
In a nutshell, literature is the real life feelings of the written or creative people of earthly or spiritual thoughts, feelings, beauty and art driven by the magical consciousness of man. According to the divisible form, literature can be divided into two parts - fictional and non-fictional. In the presentation of writing, verse and prose exist in two branches. Rhymes, poems can be included in verse, and prose can include essays, articles, stories, novels, plays, dramas.
People have been expressing their thoughts in different ways since the time of language or speech. That is why different mediums have emerged. Man has entered the post-modern age crossed the rocky and copper, ancient, middle and modern eras. Naturally, the division of the time has become essential in world literature as well. Therefore, in the literature of all the established languages of the world, there is a division between the ancient, medieval, modern and post-modern eras. In the evolution of time, on the canvas of literature, variety of subjects, ideas, concepts, styles, representations, imagery, similes, rhythms, rhythmic styles, difference in shape is also observed. My mother tongue Bengali is also not out of the era division.
In the literature of all the languages of the world, there are so many fairy tales that are detached from reality; but it is full of emotions, feelings and love. However, the words romance and romantic are used in English to express these words together. In composition of literature of different languages over the world, rhymes, poems, stories, novels, anecdotes, plays, dramas, lyric poems are widely have been reading of romance-rich romantic writings and these are included in timeless writings, and these arouse the heart. Therefore, it can be said without hesitation that the relationship of literature with thrilling writing is closely intertwined.
Moreover, there is a kind of work called heroism in world literature. Romance is also associated with these works of literature. There is not much discussion or research on this genre. However, there are many such literary works. In this literature, someone is killed for occupying the power, to take revenge, jealously. Later, killed heros and murderers became the subjects of this literature. Bangabandhu, the architect of Bangladesh and father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi, the father of nation of India, Allende of Chile and Gamal Abdun Nasser of Egypt and kings, emperors and sultans or subedars' of ancient and medieval times are especially notable.
A huge numbers of romantic epics, stories, tales, novels, dramas and plays have in the major languages of the world. The subject matters of this kind of literature is passion, love, heroism, murder, suicide, revenge and some imaginative works. Romantic write up and translation of literature in different languages of the world are discussed below.
One of the brightest examples of medieval Arkanian Bengali literature is the Padmavati, a translation of the great poet Alaol. In 1648, he wrote a unique epic based on the Hindi poem "Padumavat" written by Malik Muhammad Jaisi. The main characters of this book of poetry are Padmavati and Ratnasen. Influenced by religious ideology in medieval Bengali literature, Alaol's skillful use of fluent language and elegant prosodist style in this book of poetry; it is a unique work of art.

She was the consort of Panchpandava. After the battle of Kurukshetra, when Yudhisthira became king, she became queen again.
The love story of Laily and Majnu is widely known, discussed and read all over the world. The main source of this story is Arabic folk-literature. Iranian poet Jamir and Persian poet Nizami Ganzavi has written the epic "Layli-Majnu" in Pharsi. Romance is not just have in love and affection; it also contains the great ideal of patriotism. Munshi Premchand, the father of modern Hindi literature and one of the most successful Urdu storytellers, has a strong patriotic romance. His first storybook, "Soz-e-Oaton" was confiscated by the British government in an attempt to mobilize the people against the British rule. Known as the novel-emperor of Hindi literature, Premchand's greatest novel "Godan" is full of ambrosia of patriotic messages.
- Anna, Karinina and Vronsky are the main characters in Lev Tolstoy's novel "Anna Karenina" one of the most popular novels in Russian literature. Anna was Karenina's wife. Next time, Anna devoted herself to Vronsky, who has an attractive personality, and fallen in love with him and seeked out him. At one point, Vronsky involved himself with the fate of Anna. Their deep love, intense love and exquisite passion have broken all the rules and regulations of the society and reach the goal. The love affair between Queen Isabella of Castile and King Ferninda of Aragon is a world-famous love story. The royal couple were officially married in 1469. The Castile and Aragon rulers formed a powerful state, Spain, by uniting the two kingdoms into one state. Later, in a power struggle, tensions started between the two. The couple separated after the death of their son. Isabella had never gotten rid of her grief until the end of her life. The love story of Ferdinand and Isabella was as heartwarming; her last result was so much tragic.
- Cleopatra was the last queen of the Pharaoh dynasty of ancient Egyptian civilization. Her life and reign were shrouded in mystery. Her love story was surprising. Many stories and poems have been written in the history of the world about the love of the wonderful beauty-conscious and slim structured Cleopatra as well as many films have been made.
However, William Shakespeare, a medieval great English poet and writer, immortalized Queen Cleopatra's love story in his "Anthony and Cleopatra" tragedy. Mark Antony, the mighty hero of Rome, arrived in Egypt at a special moment. The two fell in love at the first meeting between them. In the case of Anthony, the matter was massively publicised. The Roman hero seemed to go mad at the sight of Cleopatra. Meanwhile, the civil war in Rome disrupted Antony's life. He eventually committed suicide. Here is the tomb of Cleopatra and antini's love
William Shakespeare had written a timeless tragedy based on the love story "Romeo and Juliet". Even after four hundreds and twenty five years, it is still at the top of popularity in the world. Romeo and Juliet's family had long been engaged in conflicts over traditional hereditary arrogance. But forgetting the hostile relationship, the two young man-woman fell in love at first sight. Later, ignoring hundreds of family barriers they had gotten married after various dramas. In the end, the couple committed suicide due to misunderstanding between the two families. The death of this couple still moves the people of the world with the same emotions.
It is clear from the above discussion that romance is inextricably intertwined in every timeless literary works. Romanticism has taken place in poetry, lyric poetry, stories, novels and plays, that is, in every branch of world literature. However, in most of these works, tragedy or tragic consequences are observed. So, poet or writer; no matter what genre he belongs to; he cannot deny the inherent relationship of romance with literature. In order to present human life, philosophy of life and social reality in literature, the pen has to be directed by considering the thoughts, emotions, insights and imagination of the human psyche as the basis of reality.
