Even though I know you won't come back,
Even though my heart cries and my face smiles.
Even though I want to see your eyes
I will be faithful to my love,

Even though thorns grow on my paths,
Even though your mistakes crush my heart,
Even though my friends block my path,

Is my pure love a pain or a cure,
